Jasmine has developed skills over the course of her career and training that have enabled her to work well with a diverse range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, trauma, emotional regulation issues, relationship difficulties, and identity issues.
Jasmine is passionate clinician and is dedicated to assisting her clients to improve their quality of life and gain self-awareness in order to develop a better relationship with themselves and those around them. She uses a client-centred approach, with particular emphasis on ensuring her clients feel safe, supported, are free from judgment, and control the focus of their sessions.
