Matt is a Registered Psychologist with an interest in personality disorders, specifically Borderline Personality Disorder and Histrionic Personality Disorder.
He also has an interest in sexuality and gender issues, interpersonal difficulties, and has experience with a wide range of presentations such as OCD and trauma. He predominately works with adults and adolescents with emerging personality difficulties.
Matt predominately works from a Dialectical Behaviour Therapy framework but also has experience with CBT, Schema Therapy and ACT. Matt’s therapeutic approach is a balance of acceptance and change, with a touch of irreverence. He loves to get to know his clients and tailor treatment to meet their needs.
